Have yaw heard about the new railway on the New River side? Plans are to have it up and running here in the near future, hopefully before the leaves change color. It will stretch from up around Oneida and travel to the Indian Fork area. Base camp for this operation will be in the New River basin. Plans are also in the works for resturants, cabins, and novelty shops. All they are waiting on now is for the engine to arrive to pull 3 cars for this scenic tour of the beautiful mountain valley's.

Well it looks like the railway is really in the works now...we got a sneak peek of one of the rail cars from the road this past weekend. Rumor has it that Rosedale school is being renovated for the railway station and maybe museum.
